Compare wire rope quotations using the same material, construction, dimensions and inspection requirements. This checklist links to HTWR product information and company records so you can prepare a sourcing brief and identify the supplying entity.

01 / Define the product
A diameter alone does not describe a complete rope specification. Use the following fields when comparing offers; ask the supplier to confirm the final combination.
| Field | What to state |
|---|---|
| Product and use | Industrial rope, precision strand, coated rope, assembly or medical component; describe the application and operating environment. |
| Material | Requested grade, for example AISI 304, 316 or 316L; state any material certificate requirements. A grade name alone does not confirm suitability for the environment. |
| Construction | Requested construction, for example 1×7, 7×7, 1×19 or 7×19; add lay direction and flexibility requirements when relevant. |
| Dimensions | Nominal diameter, tolerance and supplied length. For coated rope, specify both steel-core and finished outside diameters. For assemblies, attach end-fitting drawings. |
| Performance and inspection | Required load performance, test method, acceptance criteria and traceability. Agree the requirements before ordering. |
| Quantity and delivery | Quantity and unit, packaging, delivery destination, requested date and sample needs. Confirm MOQ and lead time in the quotation. |

02 / Identify the supplier
HTWR presents Hongze in China and Hongyue in Vietnam. Ask which legal entity will quote, contract and supply your order, where the product will be manufactured, and what origin documentation can be provided. A brand name or office location alone does not establish order origin.
China: Jiangsu Hongze Stainless Steel Wire Rope Co., Ltd. (江苏鸿泽不锈钢丝绳有限公司). The linked company contact page identifies its Jianghe Village, Dainan, Xinghua address.
Vietnam: Vietnam Hongyue Stainless Steel Wire Rope Co., Ltd. The linked Vietnam Yellow Pages record identifies the company in Cau Nghin Industrial Zone, Hung Yen. This is a business listing, not a product-quality guarantee.

- Match the legal entity on each certificate to the proposed supplier.
- Check certificate number, scope, validity dates and issuing body against the original document.
- Request the material and inspection records relevant to your exact product and batch.
- For medical-component inquiries, identify the component supply scope and drawing revision; do not substitute an industrial catalog range for component requirements.
HTWR publishes company records on its quality pages. Those documents have specific entities and scopes; a management-system certificate is not approval of every product or application.
