Endoscope steering cables and guidewire inquiries

The brochure’s endoscope steering cable is a 1×7 component for endoscope directional control, with ball-head welding and end treatment to limit unraveling. Discuss this component separately from guidewires and precision core wires, whose taper, tip and coating specifications require drawing review.

On small screens, scroll horizontally to view all specifications.

Materials and component scope

The company introduction also lists NiTi wire, hollow wire rope, spring tubes and tungsten wire rope. This excerpt does not provide a guidewire core-size table for those categories. Specify supply form, alloy, diameter tolerance, length, tip and surface requirements.

Define your specification

Material
State stainless steel or NiTi requirements and material condition. Availability and processing are reviewed to drawing.
Profile
Provide core diameter, tolerance, taper or profile, length and tip geometry.
Mechanical behavior
Define straightness, flexibility, torque response and kink resistance.
Surface and delivery
Specify surface integrity, coating if required, cleaning, packaging, samples and validation documents.

Purchasing questions

How does a core-wire inquiry differ from a finished-device project?

Supply scope and validation requirements differ. Identify the component or finished form before manufacturing feasibility is assessed.

Component and development inquiries. Clinical use and market status of a finished device depend on applicable product documentation and validation.

Confirm your brief with the team

Send the drawing revision, sample or order quantity, delivery destination and requested date. Specifications, availability, MOQ, origin and lead time require confirmation in a formal quotation.
