SPECIFICATION-BASED SOURCING
HTWR supports distributors, equipment manufacturers and project buyers sourcing stainless steel wire rope to a defined specification. Send the required material, construction, diameter, length, quantity, load requirement, inspection documents and destination country for review.
A wire rope should be selected for its actual duty, not by diameter alone. Corrosion exposure, bending cycles, flexibility, rotation, end fittings and required documentation can change the appropriate specification.
Start with the 7×7 specification records or 7×19 specification records. Include the metric or imperial table, selected diameter row and printed brochure page in your enquiry. Flag any unconfirmed value for review. Historical catalog records support specification discussion; current supply and required item documents must be agreed in the quotation.
Buyers commonly specify 304, 316 or 316L. Grade alone does not establish suitability, and availability is confirmed for the quoted item. Construction affects flexibility, stability and bending behaviour.

The current published ISO 9001 source document for 江苏鸿泽不锈钢丝绳有限公司 identifies the scope as manufacture of stainless steel wire rope. Certificate 22825Q17420R0M prints issue date and expiry date . Continued validity depends on the certificate’s surveillance and confirmation conditions.
A management-system certificate is not product-level evidence. State the material certificate, dimensional inspection, breaking-load record, batch identification or other agreed document required for the quoted item.

In general, 1×19 is relatively stiff, 7×7 provides moderate flexibility, and 7×19 uses more fine wires for greater flexibility. Final selection depends on load, sheaves, bending cycles, rotation, environment and end fittings.
HTWR reviews custom assembly enquiries against the buyer’s drawing and acceptance criteria. Provide finished length, end-fitting details, tolerances, test requirements, quantity and application.
State the required documents in the RFQ. Certificate and test-record availability must be confirmed for the exact quoted material, rope or assembly; a company-level management-system certificate does not certify every product or application.
